Every plan measures the same two numbers, pushes the same technical fixes, and rescans on a regular cadence. What changes between them is reach: how many cities we measure, how many questions we track for you, and how many of the answer doors we check.
We do not control ChatGPT, Google, Gemini or Perplexity, and nobody can promise you a spot in their answers. What we do: measure where you stand today, fix the technical signals the engines read, and re-measure on a periodic rescan so you can see the movement. Those fixes increase the chance that an engine finds you and that its answer named your business. They are not a promise of placement, and engines take weeks to pick changes up.
One town or municipality you actually serve, measured on its own. We run your tracked questions separately for each city, so Concord and Walnut Creek are two cities even if one truck covers both. Your plan includes a set number; beyond that it is $10 per city per month. Locations are free: a second office in a city you already measure does not use up a city.
One line of work with its own question set, like plumbing or roofing. Every plan includes one. If you run plumbing and HVAC as two real businesses in the eyes of a homeowner, that is a second trade: a whole second question grid across all your cities, which is why it carries the add-on price in your column.
Yes, in both directions, from your billing screen. Moving up takes effect right away and the new cities and question slots open immediately. Moving down applies at your next renewal, and anything over the lower plan's limits simply goes dormant rather than being deleted.
Your Readiness score moves as soon as a fix publishes, usually the same day. AI Visibility lags, because the engines re-read the web on their own schedule: expect 4 to 12 weeks before answers start changing. That is why every plan includes a regular rescan instead of a single report.
